Craftsman Cutting Dies has been serving the corrugated and packaging industry for over 30 years. We produce high quality cutting dies for every type of customer from box plants to decal shops. With four locations and the latest technologies in automated equipment, we are the West Coast’s largest premier die shop. Our employees are professional die makers with years of experience and expertise in the industry.

Our Roots
Here’s a quick view of the past 30 years at Craftsman Cutting Dies. It has been an exciting venture for the company, from our first Automated bender to our first laser showing growth along the way and up to most recently being able to acquire the assets of U.S. Steel Rule Dies.

Opened new manufacturing facility in Phoenix AZ to support growth in the region.
Water Jet installed (abrasive capabilities).
Purchased high performance Rotax rule processor and IDEA automatic bender.
Chosen to become a member of the Inspirere Group.
Opened new manufacturing facility in Fresno to support growth in the region.
Anaheim MFG. facility moved to new building twice the size to support growth.
Purchased 2nd rotary laser for Anaheim facility to keep up with growing production demands.
Acquired the assets of the former US Steel Rule Dies and changed name to US Die Services.
Purchased US STEEL rule dies and Unity Steel & Graphics.
Name change to Craftsman Unity.
Craftsman Cutting Dies joined DFC Manufacturing
